And about my refurb mixer from shopkitchenaid.com...First one was never shipped after 2 weeks. They finally shipped me a new one. That arrived 7 days later and UPS damaged it in shipping. That one's on its way back across the country. Third one's going to ship soon. Waiting over 4 weeks for a mixer is retarded.
